Holistic Wellness Made Simple
When you hear the word wellness, what comes to mind?
You may think of green juice, supplements, and complicated diets. You may picture thin, rich women wearing hundred-dollar yoga pants buying expensive gadgets and skin creams. You may feel disenfranchised, like wellness is an exclusive club to which you don’t belong.
My vision of wellness is different. I believe in a holistic model of wellness that involves a person’s mind, body, and spirit. This wellness cannot be bought, and it is available to everyone. It is not a goal or an outcome, but a way of living.
I strive to make wellness practices simple and accessible. Using tools and wisdom from positive and health psychology, yoga, meditation traditions, medical science, and more, I aim to help people from all walks of life find greater balance, health, and well-being. I believe that you don't need a ton of free time or money to invest in wellness, you just need to show up for yourself.
I'm here to support you on your journey.
I currently offer holistic health coaching and yoga instruction (private, semi-private, and group). However, I am also working on some exciting free offerings in 2021 including a podcast, free Intuitive Yoga classes, and more guided meditations on Insight Timer.
